The appraisal of a property is a report which reflects relevant aspects of the property including its value.
The purpose of the appraisal is determined by the focus of the work and the applicable regulations. The appraisal is carried out by an independent expert called appraiser and subjected to an internal control by the official school.
The usual work in our appraisals includes visiting the property, making photographs, surveying, etc. The appraiser will also make verifications on the registry, cadastral, leasing documentation, etc. All these data together with the value of the property are incorporated into the appraisal report.
